We invest in regular maintenance to ensure maximum performance of our machines and to ensure production is kept to the highest possible standard. Some of the machines we utilise include:

• 2 x Okuma LB4000 BMYC x 1500 CNC Lathe: 4 axis with live tooling capabilities meaning we can turn, drill, mill, contour and tap your parts in one operation, keeping set up costs to a minimum.
• Okuma Genos M660V Machining Centre: Max work dimensions 1530mm x 660mm x 660mm, offering shorter cutting times and highly accurate machining.
• V414 Mazatech Vertical Machining Centre 560mm x 410mm 610mm: its programming functions deliver ease of use and ensure high-speed, high-accuracy machining performance.
• Manual Centre Lathes with up to 660DIA x 2000mm capacity.
• 10T overhead workshop crane.

Our in-house team can also provide assistance with product development, prototype design and reverse engineering. We also provide:
